1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Instant Inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Adelaide, South Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
2. Description of Service
Instant Inquiries provides a technical application for AI-powered voice receptionist services, lead capture, and messaging automation.
3. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds
We use Stripe for all payment processing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Non-Refundable: All payments are final. Any remaining balance, inclusive of prepaid minutes or subscription fees, is non-refundable upon cancellation or termination of service.
4. Service Availability & Third-Party Providers
Instant Inquiries is a complex technical application that relies on various third-party providers to function, including but not limited to Twilio for telephony services and various AI platforms for processing.
While all reasonable care is taken to ensure the stability and availability of our services, we cannot and do not guarantee 100% uptime. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any service interruptions, data loss, or failures caused by these third-party providers. Service may also be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other technical requirements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Associate (Global) disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Associate (Global), its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content obtained from the service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
