Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Program Participation

By joining the Instant Inquiries Affiliate Program, you agree to promote the service accurately and in good faith. Instant Inquiries may approve, reject, pause, or remove an affiliate account at its discretion.

2. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on eligible, paid conversions tracked through approved referral methods. Attribution, recurring months, and commission percentages are governed by current program settings and may be updated with notice.

3. Payouts and Adjustments

Payouts are processed after applicable hold periods and internal checks. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or policy breaches may result in withheld or reversed commissions.

4. Promotion Standards

You must not make misleading claims, impersonate Instant Inquiries, bid on restricted branded keywords, or use spam, deceptive, or unlawful traffic sources. Any breach may result in immediate removal.

• Do: use accurate, supportable claims, disclose affiliate relationships where required, and promote in channels you control.
• Do not: use fake testimonials, trademark abuse, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, incentivised signups, bot traffic, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any attempt to manipulate attribution.
• Do not: represent yourself as an employee, agent, or legal representative of Instant Inquiries.

5. Privacy and Data Use

You agree to handle any personal data in line with applicable privacy law. Instant Inquiries platform privacy practices are described in the general Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Approved and valid unpaid commissions accrued before termination may still be paid, subject to compliance checks and policy terms.

7. Enforcement and Penalties

Serious or repeated policy breaches trigger immediate termination of your affiliate account. On termination for breach, Instant Inquiries may cancel all unpaid commissions and you forfeit accrued and future payments.

We may also void affected conversions, reverse ledger entries, suspend payout processing, and retain audit and fraud evidence for legal and compliance purposes.
